During the management of my property in Texas and during the sale of that property you exhibited a high level of professionalism. Thank you.

I recently had an appointment to view a Nickel property home last Sunday.

The agent didn't show up. The agent didn't call the agent didn't text me ,she just didn't show up.Thank you for wasting my time Brittney of Nickle Property. Lastly I give the benefit of doubt and leave a voicemail on the office machine and get a follow up email stating. I give the benefit of the doubt still and call and ask to speak with the owner. I repeat my story listed above and I am told "well sir I don't know what you expect me to tell you." And she said well there's two sides to every story. ?!?!? Im a customer I book an appointment she doesn't show up and your telling me there's a need for you to validate this.A simple sorry would have worked.

My household income is nearly double their requirements, no pets and one small child and own my own landscaping equipment to keep up with the home and plan on staying for 2-3 years. Their is absolutely no reason for standing us up for a showing.

Earnstine and her company have done a wonderful job for me. I currently own 6 single family homes in the south of Dallas area and all of them were purchased with Earnstine's help and recommendations. I have been very impressed with every step of the process that Earnstine has helped me with. She found the properties, recommended a very professional property inspector and acted as my agent in the making offers and finalizing the purchases. She then made recommendations for possible improvements to make in order to make the properties more appealing for potential tenants. Earnstine handled all aspects of getting the repairs and improvements done. This was done with no extra charge on her part and no mark up on the actual costs of the repairs and improvements.

Nickel Property does a great job of tenant screening and has kept my properties leased with only very short gaps while looking for new tenants. Once the properties have been leased, the service continues. I have always received my rent checks within the first week of the month. They handle all tenant issues and contact me for permission to perform repairs and upkeep. One feature I really appreciate is the on going property inspections. Nickel Property does occasional drive by check ups of the property and performs full on site property inspections at least once a year.

I would highly recommend Nickel Property to anyone who appreciates the value of a professional overseeing most probably one of the biggest investments of their lifetime.
