Good work and good prices

I needed two decent used tires for my vehicle - They had what I needed at the time, quality was good and tire price was fair. However, I also needed to have the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system)sensor replaced on one wheel and then the system needed to be reset. They replaced the sensor @ $65, but the tire guy did not know how to reset the TPMS. I ended up having to go to Discount Tire a few days later to get this done. The sensor that was replaced was not programmed and a new sensor was needed. I took the sensor back to Mr. D and requested a refund - they refused as I didn't have the valve stem, just the defective sensor. Mr. D had the valve stem and original bad sensor they replaced (evidently discarded - I did not know I'd need it) and Discount Tire only replaced the sensor, not the valve stem, so I did not have a valve stem with the sensor so I'm out the $65. If you have a TPMS issue - take your vehicle to someone who can completely resolve the problem, from troubleshooting to programming. Be advised!
