There is no focus on service here! I was referred to Tylor from a friend to get a simple tattoo. I took a few tries but eventually I was able to make an appointment and had my first tattoo! Yea. Tylor told me to come back for a touch up in about a month. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get an appointment for the touch-up and Tylor doesn't even return my calls. I had to physically stop by to schedule an appointment ... twice. Because he never showed up first one .. and to my surprise ... he never showed up for the second one either!! He never called to cancel. His father (Tony) and owner won't do the touch-up because Tylor was the one that I paid. That's unfortunate ... as the owner of the business one would think he would do everything he could to keep a good reputation. AVOID THIS PLACE! AVOID TYLOR!

I went in with low expectations. Two other shops told me that it would be over $200 for the picture I wanted. The owner took a look at the picture and said he could do it for less and he could tweek it a little for $160. This was my fault first tattoo and very happy with the service

i went in there for a piercing and i hated it. when i called them the day before the guy whom i spoked to told me everything he would do as far as cleaning and everything and i was happy with it. the next day i went in and the only sterilization i saw was crap. the only cleaning he did was put vasaline over the skin and that was it. i was not happy with what happend and told everyone i knew not to go to them because i had such a horrible experience.
