The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very courteous.

Because of the oil boom, rooms in Midland have gotten VERY expensive. The West Texas Inn and Suites, however, offered me a room for $99 ($79 with my military discount). The room had a few extras like a small refrigerator and a microwave, a couch, a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and a TV with HBO. They also have a pool, a continental breakfast, and a computer in the lobby. $140 dollars less than the nearby Comfort Inn which offers nothing more than the West Texas Inn except it is a "hot breakfast".

The room was clean and was way above the outside appearence. The bed was comfortable.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice.

It was a warm place to sleep and it was cheap compared to many places in Midland. The management was very pleasant.

Nice, cheerful, attentive staff. Clean sheets, hot water, microwave, refrigerator, easy access. Easy booking, easy check out. Other hotels are priced very high (because of the oil boom West Texas is enjoying) - this one is still economical. If you're looking for good value - this is the spot. If you're looking for all of the amenities of lounging at a hotel - look further and pay the price.
