I live in Sweetwater, Texas and My daughter lives in Midland, Texas. She is a single mom and recently she had a one car accident that messed up her front bumper and hood. I called Triple A and J because my insurance recommended them.
I called to check them out and the receptionist answered the phone and was very helpful with my questions and sounded like she really wanted my business. I made an appointment to meet with the man that would do my estimate, Jose.
I met him the morning of the estimate and also met Janie, the receptionist. They both treated me like I was someone important and I was very impressed.
I told Jose I would be able to come in a week and a half because of my part time work in Sweetwater. I was able to drop off her car on a Monday at 8 a.m. and Jose told me it would take 4 days to do the repairs.
They did it in 4 days just like he said and they did a excellent job. They also called me to update me on the progress during the week.
I had to stay in Midland so I could take my daughter to work and my grand kids to school. The work on her car was beyond professional and the treatment I received from them was very professional and I even felt special when they dealt with me. I would recommend them to anybody. God forbid that I would need them again but if I do there is not any doubt that I would use them for body work of any kind. They went the extra mile cleaning up the car when they were through.

I took my 2014 Toyota Sequoia (with Pyrite Mica metallic paint) to AJ at Triple A & J because 1) the Toyota house recommended them and told me that's where they send all their bodywork, and 2) when some clown hit n' ran me in a parking lot, they were a preferred repair shop for my insurance. From minute 1 they were friendly, timely,courteous, and professional. My vehicle was repaired in 3 days and is FLAWLESS and my vehicle looks brand new! Even my mechanic buddies tell me that the work they did was phenomenal. All the lines are STRAIGHT and the paint blending is unrecognizable. These guys really care and work hard to do outstanding work. I am very happy to have found them as I am one who believes in having a good mechanic and a good body shop to go to. More importantly, I trust them.

I got rear-ended by a truck with guard rails on it. Triple A&J was able to fix the trunk close to their estimate and on budget. The paint job was great and my trunk works. They went the extra mile and cleaned out the inside of the car.

I took my 2014 dodge ram to get fixed after hitting a pole. After getting my truck back I notice that it shook real bad while sitting still, after looking under the hood I notice that my fan was missing two blades. That was the first thing, the second thing was the hood, quarter panel, and grill didn't line up right and the headlights was not the same. The third thing was not more than a week later the paint had a chip in it. The last thing was my ram and hemi symbol were missing and when they did put them on the were not straight. My truck was not washed from them working on it. At this point I refused to take my truck to them again. I felt like I was bothering them or inconveniencing them when I would ask for the thing to be fix right. It didn't matter that I was right, I was still wrong. The owner did finally call and apologize for the unsatisfied work I received, but I'm sorry he was a little to late. I called my insurance and I went to another place. I still think better work could've been done right the first or second time I went back. I will never tell anyone to take their vehicles here!!!!

They use value paint brand to paint my car and some off brand clear coat according to a buddy of mine. They didn't even bother buffing out the dirt that landed on the paint. I had to return my car several times once the paint on my door kept coming up with defects. I got tired of driving back and forth and waiting for my vehicle to be finally fixed I took it to another shop. They told me they painted over bare metal and that's why the paint kept messing up. If you want people who can't even do the job right come to this place :/



at least they'll smile while they lie to you...
