Most of the staff was good, but please be aware they just rehired the social service director who is not a very nice person. She lied to us on several occasions. Stay on top of what is going with your loved one ( but that app!ies at any facility).

My dad has been a resident here for a week. The staff have adequately seen to his needs. It is a relaxed environment for residents. As well as greatly organized staff operation. I have had a few minor problems. however they were immediately corrected.

If I could rate this Hospital with anything less than one star I would, patients are not cared for they are left to roam the Halls the hygiene is disgusting they do no oral services at all there's mold in their ice my mom has had bedsores she has been left unattended she has been stuck in a wheelchair with diapers that have been wet for from 7 o'clock one night to 2 o'clock the next afternoon( I marked it with a marker) I've never seen a more disgusting Hospital in my whole life I have tried and tried to work with the staff they currently do not have a director. lazy lazy non-communicative there is no reports done between shift change that I can tell because nobody's getting any information from the shift before and it's always.. not my room, not my shift, I'm just a Weekender, blah blah blah don't take your dogs there,they ask me if I wanted them to help me find a place for my mom it's not because they want me to find a place for my mom they want me to quit chewing on them well I was a nurse 22 years and I'm not going to quit chewing on them because there's other patients there besides my mom and if it's happening to my mom it's happening to everybody and it is. I'm there hours on end to make sure my mom is OK. It is so stressful. But I want my mom close and until there is a place closer I have to deal with this.

If I could a negative star I would. This was the worse experience our family had to deal with. Do to an emergency situation, we had to put a family member into this nursing home. The director was rude and bullied us until we moved our uncle. On the day we picked him up, they basically threw him in the car with a torn plastic trash sack filled with his roommates clothes and books and games that weren't his. There was only one shirt that was my uncle's in the bag. Horrible!!!

the social worker they currently have is a convicted felon who did time in a correctional facility. makes you wonder what kind of criminal records the other staff have. do they not do background checks on their staff to make sure our loved ones are safe. beyond upset with this facility and it's lackadazy attitude toward it's patients.

Poor nursing home. Hot water issues. Do not give medications as ordered. Poor care for residences with hygiene and activities of daily living. No activities for patients in Alzheimer's unit. Have noted nursing staff sitting in non resident area talking on there cell phone, as many as 5 staff members at a time in the evening time and weekends and also in front dining room watching movies.
