Great house but have had MANY issues that should have been covered under the year warranty. He at first points the blame on his sub-contractors and says you need to call them directly. The sub-contractors all state because Louie does not pay them that they will not return to any of his homes. Then eventually they do not answer the phone anymore. After getting through by calling from random new phone numbers and you explain who you are Louie himself hangs up on you and will not answer when you call back. This goes on until the warranty is expired. Builder refuses to come back and install proper flashing around chimney. BUYER BEWARE
