If I could give a no star rating I would. As soon as we walked in the receptionist was on her cell phone. When asked what brought us in I told them we had ordered a suit that needed to be tailored. The lady couldn't find the suit and didn't believe that someone had called me to let me know it was there. Then someone else went and looked and finally he came out with the suit handed it to my husband and walked away so my husband informed him that it needed to be tailored still. He looked at my husband like that was such an inconvenience! As he was measuring it he said but 5 words to us. At check out same thing, no friendly customer service. I told him when it is finished we would like it shipped to another store for a wedding, he said just let them know when they calls us to let us know the suit is ready. Over a week later I call to check on the suit the lady who answered told me it would be ready that evening and we would be getting a phone call.....well we didn't. The next day I call back and ask if it was finished the lady on the phone said yes and I could come pick it up. I informed her I needed I shipped to another store so told me your paper does not say that, it is for pick up only. I told her i had spoken with someone about shpping and they said to give the address to someone at the store when the suit was ready. I asked her if I could give her the address and she said no I have to talk with the person who measured the suit. When I asked when he will be in she said I don't know he was supposed to be here at 9 and its already 10. I asked her how am I supposed to know when he arrives? She told me I don't know just call back later. So unprofessional!
