Ever since new Management took over, I can see the new atmosphere.
The employees and staff are great, the new manager is very friendly and very helpful.

Worst management in Midland... Rude management, poor beds, and extremely unhelpful with accounts. Would suggest tanning anywhere else but there!!!

I can't stand this place! I have been tanning there for four months and multiple times I've had to have my bed re-cleaned or get a different room, rude employees, dirty bed such as gross built up dust in the back of the bed and where the radio is. I went today and my bed was -of course- dirty! So I went to the front and said something and the Girl who I told was nice but the Girl who cleaned them was totally rude for NO reason and continued to be rude even AFTER I tanned and was waiting for my friend. So I called the manager who sounded rude, very young and immature and told me she WAS the owner haha! Glad I KNOW someone who works there and I will get ahold of her and find out the name of the owner and I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on these people! Wasted money on two months of Tanning! JUST OBSURD!

I like the selection of tanning beds and the decor, the staff runs hot and cold. somedays they're polite and other days not so much. But after visiting a few other tanning salons, Cononut Beach is a quality salon. I think they should reward their loyal customers with credits for use of the upgraded beds. They are pretty cocky about their salon.

its nice, great service and great rates. you can pay 19.95 monthly for a year service.

I have a legitimate complaint regarding the medical condition of my daughter that the very young very rude manager has completely ignored. I have gone in person and have called several times trying to resolve the issue only to be put off because she can't get a hold of the owner. I have even tried to leave messages for the owner but they will not even take them, and will not give me the name. I guess the Better Business Bureau is my next step. Then some legal advice might be in order.

i enjoyed coconut tanning salon, its by far the best ive been too. the only thing they could improve would be the employees, they r rude.

The place was not bad, but the girls were too busy visiting and sitting outside when i got thru. i tried calling to ask questions and all you get is a machine. you have to drive down there if you even have a question. What happened to customer service?

The young ladies that work there are very rude!! Suffering from attitude problems. The beds are not as clean as they could be, the fans are also very dusty. The bathroom is always out of paper towels.

Do not tan at Coconut Beach. It is filthy. They dont clean their beds good at all.

Coconut beach is by far the best tanning salon in Midland..They are always very nice and helpful....and answer any questions I have ever had...
