HORRIBLE service on Valentines Day!! I placed my order over the phone and stated i needed delivery to two different addresses with houses being on SAME block in case if my mother wasnt home.. and paid for delivery so my mother could get her flowers. They didnt deliver to her I had to go Pick up myself at last minute!! VERY DISSAPOINTED and the OWNER refused to give me my $$ back.

She just lost a customer!!!

Terrible, terrible customer service. I received flowers from my husband 3 days prior to Valentines day and they were very dissappointing. Most of the flowers were not only fully bloomed but were wilting. It is also obvious that the flowers were not properly kept cool as the leaves and petals were dry. When I called to ask for a new arrangement, I was unapologetically told to bring them back after hours to get a refund. It is unfortunate that the only joy comes from my husbands good deed in the "guesture" of sending me beautiful flowers and not actually "receiving" them. Bummer for the both of us.

About a month ago I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on a Friday for a birthday, they delivered them on a Thursday. Today flowers were to be delivered at my house for my mother instead they delivered them to the wrong address. Already messed up twice with the same person? Best believe I'm not longer Doing business with them! They can't get their orders right! Ugh they don't even deserve 1 star with me!

Nobody was answering their phones.. Valentines day morning @ 8:00 AM... I was loosing all hope of getting flowers for my wife for valentines day.. .Last minute shopper.... I was on the verge of accepting the fact that I was going to be in the dog house.. then I finally got someone to answer their phone and they happily took my order and stated that it would be delivered... out of all the other florists.. Blooming Rose were able to same me and a whole couple of weeks of torment and guilt for not getting my order out sooner... I will never use another florist ever again.. Thanks Blooming Rose!!!
