These guys are dishonest and do terrible work. My home warranty company assigned them to put in a new ac. The next day It was obvious is wasn't working like it should. I called both Jaime and the tech who did the install and left them voicemails that were never returned. I contacted my warranty company and they couldn't get them to come back either so I had to go with another company. The other company came out and we found out the ac was wired completely wrong. If your home warranty service assigns these guys your work, call them back and tell them to give you someone else, although I think my warranty service has stopped using them due to complaints.

This company is definitely unreliable and deceiving. Jaime collected a considerable amount of money from me and the work was never completed. He refuses to provide me with my money back for work that was not completed. To me that is called stealing from customers. I have given him several chances to provide me with a refund and he asked me to not contact him again. He also left the breaker box to my air conditioning unit open with wires hot and exposed which was located on top of the roof (it rained several times as well) which is considered a fire hazard and was lucky my house didn't burn down. I do not recommend this company at all. In the beginning Jaime came off as very trustworthy and did very well with following up, but as soon as I provided the money to him he never showed back up to my house or never wanted to return my phone calls. He said he was completed with the work but that all he needed to do was connect the ducting which was suppose to be done the following day but he never came back. Come to find out he never did any work necessary to complete the installation of the HVAC unit. Now he is forcing me to file the necessary complaints against him and his company because I do not feel like he should ever do a thing like this to anyone else.

Horrible. Unreliable. Told me they could not come to fix our air conditioning for 5 days. When they did not show up on the scheduled day, I called them and they told me their van was broken and could not come until the next day. The next day they did not show. I called again and their van was still in the shop but promised to service me first thing the next morning. On the third day they did not show up. When I called this time, the phone number had been disconnected.

every one is very nice and rea...

every one is very nice and ready to solve whatever problem you have. There technician gilbert is very knowlegeble and sweet and good at what he does. Jaime the ower is very understanding when it comes to not having money to pay everything up front and is very trust worthy. There office staff Rosemary is very nice and always made sure i had an update throught the hole process.
