JuliaD123 is right, my grandmother worked their a couple of years ago and she remebers the whole disaster.

Horrible service and unaceptible looking presintation! I am embarrased at what my mother recieved and will never order from them again. The guy was rude and refused to fix the order! I am a business owner an would never treat a client lik this. Very sad that people don't take pride in their business.

Whatever you do dont waste your money!!! IT was by far the worst experience, they were rude and unattentive and to top it all off everything is OVERPRICED!!! i have never been so diappointed in any service. They acted like they were doing me a favor!!! The flowers were not fresh, and got very little for what i paid for! For the price and poor sevice you can get far better quality somewhere else. Spare yourself! I wish someone had warned me.

JuliaD123 I think it is sad that you would slander a wonderful business such as this. I got married there and it was nothing short of amazing. The christian owners and family members that work together, do everyting in their power to make your wedding day perfect! There was never a time I walked in the store and was not greeted with a smile and very pleasant hello. They did anything I ask and then some. I have never experienced such amazing customer service or good hearted people such as the ones that run The Cuthbert Mansion and Weddings By Design. I would also like you and anyone who read this that I was a guest was a guest at the wedding you are referring to above. I am a close friend of the family on the grooms side. Yes there was a misunderstanding but it had nothing to do with Weddings By Design or the Cuthbert Mansion. Make sure you have your FACTS straight before you decide to bad mouth a reputiable business. The whole reason I went to Wedding s By Design was because of the amazing job they did at that wedding and how happy the groom and bride professed to be. So for that I say thank you because it was the HAPPIEST day of my life. And for for all those of you who are in question.............judge for yourself. They have been my florist for over three years and never once have I been dissappointed at the quality and response on delivery of flowers that I ordered. They designed all the flowers for my wedding Day. I have been very happy with the service and the beautiful flower bouquets that they have designed for my wife.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT TO BE PAMPERED AND APPRECIATED. I BOUGHT MY INVITATIONS, ALL MY BRIDESMAID DRESSES AND RENTED ALL MY TUXEDOS FROM THIS ESTABLISMENT. THESE PEOPLE WERE VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.

I GUESS WHAT I AM SAYING IS WOW, HOW NICE IT IS TO SHOP AT A PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY REALLY WANT YOUR BUSINESS .

I have used this florist several times and every thing i have order from them has been absolutly beautiful, On one occassion they they were late getting an order to my wife so they sent her another flower arrangement ( no charge ) five days later . thats a florist who cares about pleasing thier customers. I highly recomend using them for any of your floral needs.

The people and the the service at Weddings By Design was absolutly great. They went out of ther way to help me with all my needs for my special day. They helped me to to create the the perfect wedding ceremony and reception with their Flowers and Decorations. They helped me with my budget on everything so that i could have the wedding of my dreams. Their Event Venue

(THE CUTHBERT MANSION) , was decorated so beautiful, and the great thing was that everthing i needed for my wedding was all at one place. the Wedding Chaple was absolutly Beautiful everyone at my wedding thought it was so beautiful,

Don't whatever you do, have anything to do with these people. It was the worst experience ever. First of all its WAY overpriced, and they are the rudest people ever. My friend had her wedding there and it was disaster after disaster. Half of the tuxedos didn't fit the men, and we were charged an extra $70.00 because she didn't measure the men correctly. The worst part was in the middle of the wedding reception one of the workers ( mind you its 9 o'clock at night on a Saturday night) approaches the bride completely disrespectfully and says " we can't find your receipt for the deposit, so if you don't give us $500.00 right now were shutting you down". The groom leaves his own wedding to go look for the receipt on whats supposed to be a very special day. Meanwhile the bride is in the lobby crying her eyes out. She was so upset! her two uncles dished out $500.00 right there to get the lady to just leave her alone. The lady didn't apologize and after all that time and money the bride didn't have the special day she wanted. Needless to say i hope no one ever has to go through something like this. So do your self a favor and don't allow them to do this to you.
