Well, what can I say more than HORRIBLE JOB ON MY SHOES!!! Overcharged me $10 more for heels more than my prior shop where I worked and they came out horrible. I don't know where the positive reviews came from (probable family and friends), but try them and you will probably know what I meant. It is unfortunate because there are not many shops out there but overcharging for crummy service, NO THANKS!!

I didn't even want to bring my shoes in because I thought they were so far gone. They made them look NEW! Nice people with great results I definitely recommend them.

I love going to Bill's. I bring all my brand new shoes to have rubber sole guards put on. My shoes last forever. The service is always friendly and turn around time is quick. I highly recommend Bill's Shoe Repair.

Not only did I receive quality work at a fair price, but Bill himself repaired two pair of shoes while I grabbed a slice of pizza next door. One pair of heels just needed new tips while the other pair required a more imaginative approach for repair. My experience was fast convenient service that I thought was a thing of the past as far as Shoe Repair goes and my shoes look great.
