12/5 purchased a SMOK mod. 12/7 reported malfunctioning. 12/15 was burnt by the mod. 12/17 told by owner they would check into it. 12/19 mod stopped working. Told no returns sorry. Sorry is right the service was poor. No one followed up about the issue with the mod. No concern that a customer was injured by a product that they sold. Their products are more expensive but I like to support local business. I will never buy from their stores again. People like this make small businesses look bad.
