WOW these guys are the best!! Tony gave me a quote and after the job was done Tony found that he didn't have to charge me as much as he thought and so HE CHARGED ME LESS!!!! These guys are/were professional and knowledgeable (THEY KNOW their stuff!) I would HIGHLY recommend these guys they have been in Midland for a lot of years and with the business they do I KNOW they will be here for many, many, more years! Thanks Guys !

I have had very poor experience with Zablocki Construction. They have come out to the house twice and are very friendly and helpful and give me a day when they will come back and do the work for me.



Then, I never hear from them again. I've left frequent messages for them. Probably close to 100 times overall and they have not called back or stopped by to talk to me. Oops, correction. After leaving messages, they stopped by once for the second visit. After that, nothing.



If I sound frustrated, it is because I am. They have wasted prime weather for roof work. Now it is late October and roof working days will be very limited. I have purchased and accomplished one of the repairs I wanted them to do. Only problem is that I had to purchase much more material than I needed for one small repair job. Since I did not pay labor, I guess it is a wash, except for the frustration.



I have posted this review on all Zablocki web sites to make sure you all get a chance to see how they operate.
