I accidentally bought the wrong grade level book. When I asked to exchange it For the correct grade level I was informed that since books can be copied they did not accept returns. I swore to them that I didn't copy it and I only wanted to exchange it. The customer service rep took the book to the shelf and compared it to the other books and said it wasn't in the same condition. This was ridiculous seeing as The spine wasn't even broke. I felt like my integrity was being questioned and after that being accused in a round about way that I was lying. I left feeling very disappointed and went home to find the books online 30 % cheaper. Sadly customer service was all they had going for them to keep me buying locally and now that is destroyed.

Great store with unique and hard to find items. Creative, but fairly high on prices.
