Very professional, goes above and beyond what is expected! Highly recommend!

After calling several places and getting initial estimates on our Maytag Atlantis Dryer, I choose Samaritan immediately after speaking with Dan.



He was extremely customer oriented which really stood out for us. My husband and I both have had 30+ years in the customer service arena and Dan and this company's professionalism, and straightforward service was refreshing. He was thorough, asked if we had already checked some things and sent one of his crew out that afternoon.



With 2 men who work hard, a 2 1/2 yr old in the house and being in the country, having a broken dryer was the last thing we needed. The gentleman who serviced my machine even did a temporary fix until the part came in so I didn't have to run 30 minutes to town every day. The part was came in within 2 days and we were up and running again! And the cost was definitely fair and reasonable!



Thanks so much to Dan and his crew! I highly recommend them and they would be the only company I would use if we have any other appliance problems.

I needed an air conditioner this summer and I actually found this company through Lowes when Samaritan came out to my home to install a garage door opener. I was sooooo impressed with the work they did in the garage, I choose them for the air conditioner system and I was very pleased. The price was very competitive with the other companies in the area and when they came to install, the guys were professional and very knowledgable. Even though it doesn't state here that they do have a financing option with citi-financial, which was wonderful!! They even gave me help with a few other things they noticed when working with the heating/cooling system. They went above and beyond and they earned a lifetime customer here. Thanks Samaritan!!!
