The staff there first Roxie, a kind and compassion MA, she listens and understanding. Then ANN PA, these words come to mind. Professional, strong, understanding , compassionate, accepting. and willing to listen and talk and explain all treatment plan and what to expect. I have been with this company for 11 years. Margret, was very Rude and said I was Lying about other Dr.s RX's . I finally just walked out! NO One should be treated the way she treated me! I would not go back there even if my Life depended on it!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there for the pain in my neck and the metal plate in my shoulder, and asked about different medicine and eastern techniques and was treated like a weirdo because I did not want surgery they suggested to me more meds and then they say I'm using too many drugs that they gave me, what a joke. skip this place.

The front desk lady was nice and pleasant. After that it went down hill. Once in the exam room the lady who took down what was wrong with my Dad was rude. They told us to bring x-rays. When we did she told us it was a waste of time. we dont have a way to read xrays. Really then why tell us to bring them. Once the nurse practitioner enter the room she was very short with my dad. when he tried to explain something about pain that he was feeling she told him he was wrong and that wasn't what he was feeling. I've never seen somebody be so unprofessional in my life. you want a nasty attitude and nothing done about your pain I suggest you go here.

At my consult with Carolyn, I learned more in the 2 1/2 hours that she spent with me then I did with my PCP, Neurologist, and Neurosurgeon. Thank you so much Carolyn for the caring, informative visit. Jeri O.
