BEWARE...Our family has used Circle Travel for years with only positive results. We recently decided to use them again for our travel to Dominican Republic. Mistake! We asked for ocean front...didn't get it. Had to pay more for Carrie to find another resort that was actually ocean front. We ended up 1000.00 over budget. After informing Carrie of our travel dates she proceeded to schedule our vacation outside of our travel dates. Yes, I should have caught that but I trusted these folks. When I informed Carrie that the date is outside of our availability, her response was, "What do you want me to do about it?" Remedy to the situation would have cost us an additional 1500.00. If we want to have a vacation we both now have to take a dock days, no pay plus this 3000.00 vacation is now costing us 5000.00. Make your own plans, it's more cost effective & far less stress that Circle Travel.

I have used this agency for several trip, including 2 cruises and a european trip, and they have done a wonderful job. They are always friendly, and when I had to cancel one of trips due to an accident they took care of everything, and followed up with me to make sure the insurance company covered everything. In fact the insurance company hadn't paid me enough on my claim and my agent got the amount corrected. I am so thankful i have used them and had them to help me.
