If you are wanting to be pampered this is not the place. They get you in, they get you out!
I love that, don't want to spend more time in a dental office than I need to. I guess because they don't waste my time or theirs the cost is way down from other. I'm a business person, wish I had people like this working for me! They run a tight ship and do a good job.

I have been calling Dixieland Dental and the line has been busy all week, how do I make an appointment?

After reading reviews, I was sceptical, but work with someone who highly recommended Dixieland Dental so I gve them a call at 2:50pm on Wednesday 5/28. The phone rang, and to my amazement, was answered on the 2nd ring.....contrary to several reviews. I made an appt for 8am Monday 6/2. Upon arrival @7:50 there was a line 15 people deep, but it disappeared quickly.By 8:10 iI was in a ddental chair fillng out paperwork. About an hour and a half later x-rays had been taken, upper and lower impressions made and the Dr had examined my mouth and determined a plan of action. I was told to come back around 1pm tp pull teeth and fit my new partial. I ended up waiting until 3 to get caled back, but expected a wait, so was neither surprised nor upset. They pulled 7 teeth and I felt absolutely NOTHING, .... no pain. My last extraction at another dentist was nowhere near as painless. My partial fits better than expected given swelling from 7 extractions and i was on my way $481 later. That included everything, including one of the extracted teeth being a wisdom tooth.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, but you must approach it knowing it will be an all day affair, but well worth the $1,000+ they saved me over comparable estimates. One other word of advice besides plenty of patience......dress WARM, the office is kept quite cool. Bring something with long sleeves or a small fleece blanket. Overall I would highly recommend Dixieland Dental, it was well worth a 100 mile drive and the time to save this much money!

I would love to tell you about them,But they will not answer their phone.How do you ask them a question or make an app.,if they won't answer their phone?

Literally has the rudest girl working at the front desk. Apparently she was having family issues and should not have been at work at the time. I would never recommend this place to anyone because of her God awful attitude. She was rude to every single person who walked into the door. I wouldn’t go back if i had insurance.

I went to Dr. Jon F. Strength in March 2012 I had 9 teeth pulled and a top plate put in..Dr. Strength was amazing! I felt very little pain (pressure). The only downside was the length of time spent at the facility but if you want quality work you will wait the time. I love my dentures and people tell me all the time "I didn't know you had false teeth?" "They look so real!" I just recently went back March 2018 and got 5 more teeth pulled on the bottom and a plate put in...yes now I have both and this time Dr. Jon Strength made it even a more pleasurable trip! I didn't feel any pain or pressure while removing my teeth. I love this dental office and so thankful I went there. Friendly staff too!

Excellent work and honest. Beats Affordable in Montgomery hands down. A lot nicer also. Worth the drive.

Online they have it posted they are open until 5:30 pm Mon.-Fri. I have over 50 tries at calling and trying to get through to them before that time on my cell. (redialing) Now, that's just rediculous! I ran an office by myself and multi tasked. I know they have a much larger business, but they also have more Employees to answer the phone! All I needed to know was...(just making sure of time of my appointment) I have no complaints but with one lady at the front with a bad attitude. I guess I must have went on one of her bad days for my consultation. Otherwise, every other time I have been there, they have been wonderful!!!

Need to update their phones and times close .. call at 4:15pm the 1800 # didn't work .. their 3558# shut down and cut itself off , so either they have bad phones, or different closing hours, or someone picks up and hangs back up quickly... I don't know what's going on ... on phone service it is a 3 star... if it says 5:30, they should answer the phones at 4:15pm .. workmanship is great ..

Saved me thousands..fast and easy. My fault that my teeth were bad (not theirs). Heard about them from a friend at work. Drove 2 and a half hours one way, and it was WELL worth it. Had a lot of work done and I am so happy with the results and like I stated before they also saved me approximately 3 thousand over other Dental quoted.

I called the office and was hung up on without me even getting a word out to tell them my emergency problem. I was in tremendous pain ,the hung up on me 28 times straight. 9.27.16

I had the older dentist when I had all of my top teeth removed or should I say what was left of them removed and he did an excellent job numbing extraction placement of upper plate, I give him 2 thumbs up he even had his team fix the terrible work on my bottom plAte that affordable dentures did and everything's right as rain with them, so yes I'd recommend Dixieland to anyone who asked where to get good affordable dentures

I've seen a lot of reviews on here about the older dentist being mean,crabby,unprofessional,rude and all of that..well I had him and he is...stern he is not polite but it's not his job to be he didn't cause your teeth to go bad he is very honest ,if your looking to be coddled and for someone to hold your hand and say it will be ok...this is not the place to go. The man is good at what he does HE didn't cause me any pain I did that myself long before I ever saw him. I won't lie to you I had 2 SEVERELY abscessed teeth and I screamed when they came out but again that was my fault for not taking care of my teeth and waiting so long to have then taking care of...personally I would rather have a doctor who is honest with me explain what's going to happen any why it's going to hurt as opposed to someone who will hold my hand and sugar coat the situation I would definitely and have recommend him

I don't understand what all the complaining is about. I've been coming here for about 3 years and have always been treated well no matter how busy they were or how slight the problem was.

The owner is a heartless person he makes fun of his patients should not be allowed to practice. His staff are rude and uncaring his work is a waste of your money I give him on a 1 to 10 scale a 0...

Last week after a 2 hour drive I was assigned the elder doctor who was an absolute jerk to me & humiliated to no end about my eating sugar & he wanted to give me a full upper denture but the bottom was to only have 1 tooth on each side with the middle ones pulled for a partial! The whole place was so quiet as he proceeded to chastise & drill me about my dental health you could hear a pin drop! I didn't sat there debating if I should lose control & say something or not.....think if I did I would go to jail! When he was done I got up & left planning to never ever go back again but I have no choice! I've never been treated so badly before in my life & I've been treated pretty bad before with damn dentists throughout my life! I've had this man before & he hurts you & doesn't care at all about anything....he isn't god of all the dentists in my book! Make sure you request one of the younger doctors or you'll get treated like dirt!

I have an appointment tomorrow been calling for a week I don't know when my appointment is phone stays busy help?

I had Dr. Nadarajan and he was quick and professional. He numbed my mouth perfectly for a wisdom tooth extraction that took only a few minutes to complete. The trick is to follow his directions, lol. The tooth came or completely with the root intact. I had extractions felon another February before that didn't numb my mouth properly and took a while to get the tooth out. Dr. Nadarajan is a pro and the price was incredibly cheap. It was fast and easy to make an appointment. Everyone was nice and friendly so the bad reviews surprise me.

Terrible! Unprifessional and lack of concern for patients comfort.

Love them. Always take me on time for my apts. The people that are waiting must be walk ins. Today I got there a bit early. They took me right back and I had my tooth fixed and was right out of there!!! not to mention the prices you can't find anywhere else!! THANKS DIXIELAND
