They are fully staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people, the place is immaculately clean, the security is great and they truly care about you as a customer! That guy with the crazy comment about misery and stuff must be on drugs. I've been in and out of this place a dozen times since I moved my storage here and the service is consistently top notch. No misery here!!!

Provided by YP.comI am very impressed with this facility from the many that I have tried! I store paperwork and it needs to be kept dry and the climate contrl that this facility has is top notch! No mold and no dampness at all! A very clean facility and friendly people that are very helpful! I give Middletown Self Storage 5 stars from a hard person to please!!
