I absolutely love Midwestern! I purchased my truck from here and couldn't be happier. sure there are things that are wrong when it comes to buying a used car, but if you approach people correctly they are more than willing to help you with any issues. It's the people that are mad and giving bad ratings, because they act like they bought a bran new car and flip out when something does go wrong with their USED car. I recommend Midwestern auto sales to everyone!

I came to Midwestern Auto to purchase a newer car and rebuild my credit and Tom was very helpful and friendly. They were able to get me in a car of my choice the same day. There was no hassle no fuss it was professional. I would highly recommend anyone looking to rebuild or establish new credit to start here first.

Mid-Western Auto Sales were awesome! Never experienced such helpful service. They went out of their way to make sure the vehicle I purchased was exactly the way I wanted. They have an excellent selection of vehicles and Duane will take great care of you!

I was told about Midwestern at work and I would definitly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from them. The staff is very couteous and they will work with you to try to get you the best deal they can on a new or used car. Just ask for Jeff he is awsome!!!!!

2 weeks ago we bought a car threw them when we test drove it they said it had a new belt that was the noise we said okay they wanted 700 down no problem they were so nice we gave them all there information then the next day our car stauled on us in the middle of the intersection with two little kids i called them they brought it in they said they fixed it it also went back the next day due to it not being fixed. so then i get a call from amy saying they needed a copy of my moms bank account my mom said no this does not have my name on it they dont need it and i totally agree so i called them back and told them that and i was told that is fine it will go to buy here pay here and i said no you can have your car back but i want my down payment back. then duane called me and stated they do not want the car and will not give me my money back i come out today and my car is gone i go up there and they duane said they are done with us and told me and my husband fu** you and get the fu** off our property and what made me mad is he said this infront of our six year old boy i said you can keep the car just give me my money back and let me get my stuff out he said no and to leave i said my sons asma medication is in there he said he dont care they are aweful to do business with and they repoed the car for no reason but this wont be over we went to the police station and talked to a lawyer so we will see him in court you dont mess with my kids and told to use like that infront of him please please do not do business with them this is how you will be treated we had only had this car for 2 weeks

Stay Far Away....I can only speak of my experience, but the vehicle I bought was garbage....my fault for trusting midwestern and not getting it inspected somewhere else......all I can say honestly is check out the complaints for yourself on the ohio attorney generals office website....unlike these reviews here you need more than just an email address to make a review!! also look at the dates on these "good reviews" below all done within a few weeks and a couple on the same day!! this is a small lot the odds thatthere was a huge run on great reviews over a couple weeks are pretty slim if you ask me!! I would say these are fake reviews to help out the stars :) regardless of all that, im just going to strongly reccomend you go elsewhere!! if you still decide to go to midwestern! get your car checked out by a private mechanic before you buy it!! and since midwestern has had this great run of "reviews" claiming they repaired or exchanged the junk vehicles they sold to these so-called customers.....may I suggest printing a copy of this review page off and taking it with you and asking them if they will put it in YOUR CONTRACT that they will repair or replace your vehicle if it has problems!! since they apparently have been so kind to do it for others? ask them if they will....I venture to bet they wont!!! just like id put money that these reviews are fradulent!! check out the one that says all the bad reviews all Bulls*** hahaha.....just be smarter than I was!! you don't need these kind of problems.....dont trust everything you read either!!! you buy a car anywhere make them put everything they told you in THE CONTRACT and like I said ask them if they will fix your car free or replace it if it breaks!!! they will say no!!! Thats why these reviews should not be trusted......they will also tell you that the vehicle is safe and has been inspected prior to sale.....it has NOT!! if you make the choice to buy get all verbal promises put into your CONTRACT!! Good luck......and GOD BLESS please please be smarter than I was!!!

My wife and I both bought cars from them. Duane and his staff were extremely helpful and were up-front about any issues our cars had (which were very minor, just brake pads and brake discs which is actually pretty common with used cars), and fixed an issue we found with the center console after buying the car.



They've even gone WAY out of their way numerous times. Once, we bought a dodge durango which had some engine problems after we left the lot -- Midwesten Auto Sales was more than happy to come tow the car back to the lot (free!), and exchange the car for another one of my choice, all within an hour!



Once, we moved to Virginia, and after a local mechanic identified a problem with the engine, something about an improperly installed part by the previous owner that was grinding into the engine block itself, I called Duane about it and he did not feel comfortable letting us drive the car anymore -- and spent an enourmous amount of time and resources to actually send a flatbed all the way from Ohio to VA with a replacement car, and towed the old one back.



I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They're very up-front and very friendly people that actually care about the customer beyond what you'd expect of a regular used car shop.

I love this place.. I have gotten 14 vehicles over the years from this car dealer and I will never go anywhere else. They have excellent reliable vehicles. If you are looking for a quality vehicle I reccomend coming here to purchase one. Very freindly atmosphere Awesome place.
