It's a paper shuffle. They offer a service that other companies provide, tack on a mark up and use the minority business stamp so they can get the business.



It's a very small company under around 25 employees which may not be a good thing. Too much bad interpersonal interactions, such as gossiping and tattle telling, not enough team and unit mentality. High turnover.



Management still trying to get structures and processes in place.
