The Director was not the friendliest and does not treat his customers with compassion. That I could live with since this is what he does for a living. But my biggest complaint is that the family paid for a beautician to make sure my aunt's hair looked nice and her hair didn't even look like it had been combed or washed. Also, when the officiating speaker began his talk, we all realised that his microphone wasn't working. No one could even hear him unless they were in the front rows and NOT ONE of the attendants or the director offered to fix it, but rather was hushing the guests in the back who were asking each other if they could hear. If you plan on using them, please be specific on what you want so they will not try to cut corners.
