Getting older and in better shape

I have considered myself a workout buff for a long time. Currently I am 32 years old and always looking for ways to stay in shape. Dedicated Motivated is it. The facility is located on the back side of the bingo hall on Roosevelt Blvd. When you pull up there is a door located on the back left side of the building. If it is your first time please try to show up about 10 minutes early. There are a couple forms that we will need you to fill out. See our website for classes and times.
