I called to simply set up appt for my child to see the dentist to find out that they have no idea of what kind of insurance they take and it was my job to call my provider to see if they where in my plan. When i called my insurance company they did not understand how they didn't know what kind of insurance they take and where unable to help me, that the doctors office should know who they are affiliated with. When i called back to the dr. office once again they told me to call my insurance company that they don't know if they take my insurance. Now after being on the phone for 2 hours of the runaround... I'm frustrated and give up!! I guess they must make to much money so they don't need new patients or just overly lazy and having me do there job.... I have never have ever called a doctors office before in my live and they had no idea what insurance companys they take..
