Care for Children with Special Needs: The Learning Annex of Monmouth County is a premium child care and educational center specifically serving young children with early signs of learning difficulties, and suspected or diagnosed Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD's) We care for children as young as 12 months of age, and up to 5 years of age because we believe that early intervention in an appropriate setting for young children is critical to gain maximum benefit from existing therapies. If your child is diagnosed with an ASD (Classic Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), CALL US We offer unsurpassed care exceeding State regulations, with an in-depth, individualized educational program (IEP) developed specifically for your child. Our IEP focuses on building communication through one-on-one teaching, social skills through one-on-on and inclusion therapies, and cognitive skills through fine and gross motoring activities.
