The owners of this car wash believe in going above and beyond. I had given in my car on Monday for a detailing. I reached there to pick it up just as the Manager had locked up and was coming out of the office. So, I agreed to come back the next day or so and left. I had reached about half way home when I received a call from Cathy the owner from Dover, DE apologizing for something I did not think was their fault. They drove back from Dover the same evening and delivered the car to my house. Absolutely the cherry on the pie. The car looked amazing. Chris the owner said the engine would look just as good as the interior and he was right. I have scheduled my second car to be detailed.
We generally like to support local business and that is one of the reasons we picked this business. But for service like this I would come back even if I moved elsewhere (which is highly unlikely anyway).
