Never again. I am already scared of Dentist. Seems this place always hurts me and one of the dentist has no compassion.

They don't listen to customer complaints. I asked them why their office is charging me $40 dollars for a missed appointment. I told them I called their office 24-hours prior the appointment, and that my daughter was in the hospital so she could not make her dental appointment. Dr. Cook said their office has a 48 hour call-in cancellation policy and so my 24 hour prior call is not accepted. In her view hospitalization is not a valid reason for missing an appointment. She said everyone will be subject to $40 fee for non-show even on emergency cases.

I am 31 yrs old and haven't been to the dentist in probably 15 years, maybe even longer! I finally worked up the courage to make an appointment.......they have an awesome staff, awesome doctors and make you feel comfortable! I am not afraid of the dentist anymore!
