I walked in wanting to upgrade my internet package, and she suggested a promotion they were running that ultimately saved me about $15/mo. She was efficient and kind, which is a great combo! I had my 9mo. old baby with me, and he didn't even have time to melt down she processed my request so quickly, AND everything worked perfectly when I got home. Thank you so much!!
