Pamela Kelley, Family Relations Counselor, failure to act after a Corrections officer Violent beating my kid and not talking to the people on her side gave the kids to him. She ended going to Hospital. 300 Officers did this and the state pays there retirement. Kelley never talk about to me about the case. Woman stay away from Middletown Court

Middletown DCF IS THE WORST AGENCY EVER !!!! SORRY ABOUT FOLKS LOSING THERE JOBS... But SOME OF THEM need to go . Sad !!!
