She gave concise answer to all questions and went over all instructions for online features on the phone. She represents Safe Home Security very well. She definitely made me feel more confident in services being provided by this company.

He scheduled an appointment for my system to be evaluated and a time to discuss renewing my contract. He also troubleshot other parts of my system and patiently guided me. Called 9/1/21 and spoke to Jose about my service being interrupted by Hurricane Ida.

Mom had this system installed but never received key fobs and medical alert fob, and the camera wasn’t working. I made one phone call and was blessed to connect with Hasan. In less than 5 min we had a signed order and free service agreement to complete the order and to fix the camera. Hasan was awesome! Thank you!
