I LOVE this place. I am a woman in my 20's, and will admit I dont know much about cars - other than how to drive them [even that is questionable at times if you ask my husband lol]. Normally when I walk into auto shops I have a target on my forehead and they know right away that they can "screw" me and I wont even know it. ProTech is not like that AT ALL.



I never even knew about protech, until one day my tire basically exploded on south main, and I literally pulled into their driveway because it was the closest parking lot where I could turn in. It must have been my lucky day because I walked in and I think her name was Fallon saw my face and knew something was wrong. She was SO nice and SO understanding. The owner, Mike, came out to help me and told me I probably just needed all new tires. At first I was thinking "Of course I need all new tires.... I probably need a new engine too right..." But I did indeed need new tires, Mike showed me how I could tell. Anyway - he got me a GREAT price on tires. I was so appreciative, and my car feels brand new now... amazing what new "sneakers" can do for a car. I have been going back ever since for routine visits like oil changes. I have had the pleasure of working with Jim also - who i adore. Super nice guy. And very reasonable. I dropped my car off because my rear lights werent working. Do you know that he charged me for only 1/2 of labor? I mean what kind of place is honest enough to only charge for 1/2 hour of labor.... we all know they normally round up to the nearest hour or... more i am sure. And not for anything i think that he probably worked on my car for much longer than 1/2 hour but was really trying to help me out as i had to pay for parts too.



All i can say is this place is awesome. I know I can trust them 100% and they are the nicest people I have ever encountered. Love love love this place. I highly reccomend them to everyone!!!
