Kathleen and the staff are all caring, pleasant professionals. You are greeted by staff that assist you with paperwork and go out of their way to schedule appointments to accommodate your schedule. The therapist treat you with respect and work hard to help you accomplish your goals.

Kathleen and her staff are phenomenal! Not only have I been treated there, but also my husband and son. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. They are also very accommodating....not many places will open before 6:00 am so that you can make it to work on time!

By far the best personnel and experience. Our son is a multi-sport athlete who needed therapy for two different injuries on two different occasions. The care and follow-up with the staff at Pro Physical Therapy could not have been better. They are on top of the latest developments in therapy and very professional. They were especially flexible with getting our son in before school or after depending on his practice schedule and were great in terms of communication with us, the parents. Can't say enough about this group!

I would absolutely recommend Pro Physical Therapy. I suffered a severe knee injury while away for military training and was required to complete months of therapy as a result. Though I knew it would be a hard road ahead, the physical therapists I worked with always encouraged me and pushed me through. Not only was the staff kind and informative, they were available at all hours! They truly helped me each step of the way and let me know how I was improving each and every session. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Pro Physical Therapy to anyone in the Middletown and surrounding areas.

I'd recommend Pro Physical Therapy to anyone who wants to get back to their sport as quickly as possible. The staff at PPT cares deeply about getting you back to 100%. I was surprised at how quickly I improved after just 1 hour, 3 times a week, for just 3-4 weeks.

I strongly recommend Pro Physical Therapy. My son injured his shoulder and received excellent care. The staff was consistently very kind, caring and attentive.

Their flexible scheduling impressed me immensely, allowing my son to come in as early as 6:30 a.m. before school.

Not only was the level of care superb, but their effort to communicate effectively with all parties involved (the DR's, coaches, sports trainer, my son and myself) was very much appreciated.

If needed, we will definitely be relying on their expertise and services in the future.

I am a highly competitive level 10 gymnast, and whenever I am injured I choose to go to Pro Physical Therapy in Middletown CT. The therapists are excellent, they understand the importance of recovery time for athletes and get me back into training as soon as possible. I live in Southbury and travel almost an hour to this office. The therapists have many different approaches for working with each athlete and have a genuine interest in the patient's well being, They also communicate with coaches on what is required to get back to the previous level of training and beyond!
