the representative I had was very professional and treated me as an valued client. he advised me that I didn't have 2 alarms on my windows I should have so I added them. I am with them on a 5 year contract and will stay with them longer. Joe was my representative and a very nice person. Vicki Goldberg

Horrid customer service- do not feel safe with this company, the monitoring, the people that answer your phone call after hours. Not showing up for service during the promised window and that was after they changed my first window-
I was told Safe Home would call me to set up an appointment for the new equipment needed. No one contacted me- So I called.. The last girl who helped me set up a date has been the only competent and helpful, truthful assuring person over the last 3 weeks. I wanted to drop your service but when I signed paperwork in April 2020, that I thought was “updating my information for safety...” it turned out to be your contract that I couldn’t break unless I paid 1700$

Jennifer was EXTREMELY friendly, very knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist me. When my phone battery died she made an effort to call back and finish helping me.

I have been with Safeguard for 15 years and the service has "ALWAYS" been outstanding. When my alarm does go off (97% of the time it's an accidental trip) your service wastes no time in calling me to check to see if I need police, fire service and that I'm ok.

I've been contacted 5-6 times over the years by other security alarm providers and each time I'v politely told them that I'm satisfied with my current service.

I was amazed at how fast the system responded when my toaster Burt my toast and smoke filled my house. The alarm went off and immediately my phone was ringing with a representative on the line asking of everyone was ok. Thank you for making me feel safe

I Called for a service on the last week of October and spoke to a Customer Service Rep. Becky. I was given an appointment on 11-3-2018 but the technician did not show up on that day. Becky called me the following week to check to see if the technician showed up. I responded in the negative and she told me she'll get on it.
Long story short, another technician whose first name is Ben called me on Tuesday 11-13-2018 and we agreed on a schedule for Wednesday 11-14-2018.
Ben showed up on time did his job and I must admit he is the ultimate professional as far as tech service is concerned.
You guys need more folks like Becky and Ben for your business to grow. Remember, it's not just price alone but customer service is huge.
