I recently visited Dr. Latif for the first time because I have sore toes due to ingrown toe nails (which I can never see). Recently, one got infected. During my office visit I was told that he needed to clean out the infection and would numb me so I would not feel a thing. I was so nervous and kept asking if he was "sure" I wouldn't feel anything. He promised. After a few needles, I waited about 10 minutes and he tested what I am guessing was the outer toe and asked if I felt anything. I said no...
