Vincent Beedle, their salesman is an unscupulous liar. I pity the customers of the next dealership he ends up at.

I second that, do not trust them! We have to sue them since they never paid off our car that we no longer have and that they have sold!

Do not trust them!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had. First off let me mention that I drive for my job and am 6 months pregnant, which everyone knew when I came in looking for a safe and reliable vehicle. Right off the bat when I came in to look at cars the salesman/manager Jule jumped down my throat to put my down payment down. I didn't have that much money saved but he said it was good to get me into a nice car, he showed me an 05 Jeep Liberty and said it was great on gas and a safe family vehicle. Aside from a tear in the seat it looked great and he assured me I had nothing to worry about. When I asked to test drive the vehicle he told me all his dealer plates were out with salesmen picking up cars so I'd have to wait and that this was the only car I was approved for with my down payment, but that I needed to put it down that day to save the vehicle or they may not be able to sell me anything if it sells the next day. Being in desperate need of a car within a few days I made the decision to trust them being that there would be a warranty added to make sure if anything goes wrong they will fix it. I came back a couple days later to do the paperwork and leave in my new car. Not even an hour after leaving I returned to inquire about issues I was having with the brakes, steering was hard and the back window latch was broken. They took it back, fixed the brakes and told me they needed to order a few parts. 2 days later I came in for my appointment and the parts were still not ordered and the brakes had gotten even worse. Again, they "fixed" the brakes and I waited for a call that would never come. Later that day I went to stop off the highway and had absolutely no brakes, the car was shaking on the highway, bucking up hills, the check engine, brake and abs lights were on, wouldn't go over 55mph, it sounded like I was dragging chains alongside the car and countless other issues. They told me it was safe and to "drive less". After numerous calls and service men drove the vehicle they decided that it in fact was not safe and they should have never let me leave the lot with the car. I was given a loaner car to use when they agreed to sell me a different car. The loaner was a 1995 Acura which had no brakes, no a/c, smelled of gas, shook on the highway, had drug paraphernalia in the center console, over heated numerous times while I had it and had no oil in it. That was 4 weeks ago when I was given that for a "short time". I called to get answers on when I could pick up the new car and was given the run around every time that someone would call me and let me know, not once did I get a call back or an answer. Vinny Beedle, a salesman/service who started off helpful and very nice, cursed me out numerous times for complaining about the situation and calling too much because I was never given an answer on when anything would be ready, and the weeks just kept going by with no indication on when I could pick up this 04 Mazda6 I signed paperwork for. Then today when everything was supposed to be ready for me, they took the loaner car back, told me they were done doing business with me and that they were keeping my down payment too. While the Jeep is still registered in my name. I was told if I want my down payment back I can contact a lawyer because they can cancel the sale at any time. Now I am pregnant and about to be jobless with no money for another dealerships down payment because they are dirty salesmen who got angry at an upset, stressed customer who never could get an answer from day one. Do not trust them because even with paperwork they will lie and jerk you around with a bunch of stories to not have to deal with the issues they create for their customers.
