Klinke's on Mineral Point in Middleton has provided me with fantastic, consistent service for years. I love the 24 hour drop off and their convenient hours. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and prompt service by Terri when I pick up my order.

I came in and spoke with Terri. She was extremely helpful with my questions. But I also observed her engage a customer in front of me and handle a difficult situation with ease.

We’ve been using this Klinke you location On a weekly basis for several years now. They do a professional job, very timely and have been excellent about getting out stains and making small alterations, such as button repairs.

This branch is wonderful! My last visit was 11/19/19, but I am there almost weekly. Terri is always so nice when I am picking up or dropping off and on the few occasions I have had a small issue she is on top of immediately. Keep up the good work Old Sauk!

I have been bringing my cleaning to Klinke's for 15 years and they have been fantastic. I particularly appreciate Terri at the Old Sauk Road location who knows me by name and is always welcoming when I show up. My most recent visit was on November 13, 2019.

I was at this location on 11-15-19 and as always, it's a great experience. I would not take any of my clothing to any other cleaner. Terri is always very friendly and efficient in handling my service requirements.

Terri is always there! Friendly and helpful! She is also kind and helpful to her coworkers. My clothes are always ready when they promise! I like the text reminders so much too!!!

I have had business experience dealing with klinke cleaners over the last 10 to 12 years and I found this family run business to be one of the best land mark in Dane County and other parts of Wisconsin!!

Your employee TERRI is absolutely terrific and has been for a number of years, taking care of my needs and those of my parents who lived across Old Sauk Rd at Attic Angel Place. She found a credit card in the pocket of one of my shirts and called me so I could retrieve it. She also, just yesterday (Nov 8 2019), found a missing order of shirts I had left for cleaning which were lost. Through Terri's persistent efforts, she found the order having asked me to describe them, and found them in an order under another person's name. TERRI has always been efficient, polite, professional and courteously understanding. She is a tremendous asset to your company and deserves the highest praise and gratitude. Keep her! She is the best!!! Terri is the most important reason I always bring my laundering and dry cleaning to Klinke. Thank you, Terri!
