Although they are very thorough, if you are not experienced yourself, they make you feel as if any home you want to buy has too many problems, is falling apart and consequently, you are afraid to buy any home. If the house has advanced furnace, they will criticize that it is too difficult to service it. If the house has efficient appliance, they will put doubts about it. If they find glue stain on the wall, they tell you it is water stain and possible leak. They give you a list of problems on the roof but there is no leakage and the roof looks just fine.

Do not deal with them. Very Very poor inspectors. They impress you with paper but actual inspection is very poor. I bought a house they inspected and in the first week I found serious water problem in the basement. They ignored all the signs of the problem. I found a serious crack in the foundation that they could not see while it was obvious. I had to spend more than $25K to fix these issues in less than one month after moving. Do Not Deal with Them.
