i want to post a very positive experience i had today at rays repair in middlefield ohio.
i just picked up my new turf tiger that i ordered aprox 3 months ago , i ordered a 2021 well i recieved a 2022, with the the 40 horsepower engine .
as you know the 2022s have a substantial price increase , mervin the owner being a man of his word honored the 2021 price ,
TRUELY UNBELIEVABLE in this time period .
i want to let any potential customers know that they are dealing with people of true integrity ,
i hope scag corporation will take notice and help this dealer make up the loss he took on my unit , or at least the fact he broke even or close to it on a machine that could have been sold. for a bigger profit ,
i can not say enough good things about these guys , they are amish and are great examples of what businessmen used to be like
