Quite upset with the product. I gave them my engagement ring to be resized- went from a 6.5 to a 5... so a pretty big difference. I received the ring back with the band bent on both sides of the diamond. The band itself also starts very thin from the diamond and gets wider and should stay that width throughout the back of the ring, but that is thin now since getting it resized. And there are two kind of 'scuff' marks in the band under the diamond. Just a very sloppy job from them. I took it back two days later just to see if they could straighten out the kinks on the side and they said that there is no way they did that and they also didn't want to touch it in case it offset the diamond. I understand why they didn't want to start bending it around, but just the fact that they were unwilling to help was absolute bottom for me. I will never go back to them again and won't recommend them. Absolute waste of money. Now I need to go find another jeweler who is willing to help fix it.

I have been buying Jewlery for years at Sullivans. I always have Theresa help me. They have the latest trends and the timeless pieces that we expect at a jewlery store. I have bought so many things here - Pearls for my daughter, Men's Cross, had my Diamond Reset . . . I could go on and on. I Love having Theresa help me she knows what's best for me, she considers my style & my budget. Love the FUN stuff too like the latest watches, sterling jewlery and the Chamilla bracelets.

sullivan's jewelers has great service, a knowledgeable and fun staff. They have a jeweler on the premises which has been helpful when I had a quick easy repair. The staff makes shopping relaxing and enjoyable,
