There is only a 50/50 chance they will pick up your trash any given week. When they don't come, sometimes they come back the next day, but mostly you are just skipped until the next week. The last straw was that they notified that they would not be collecting one week because they are taking vacation (of course, no discount!), and then the week before that, no pick up - the truck broke down!!! They got to go on vacation anyway, I guess, even though they left their customers hanging. I am calling to cancel as soon as they pick up this week's trash, especially as I was appalled to find that they are charging about $10 MORE per month for trash only, than other services are charging for trash AND recycling!

Called these guys on two separate occasions and didn't even get a call back.
