never had any issues,neils a very good mechanic,as well as a nice guy

Horrible service , I took my car to Neal and I told him I needed a thermostat change , well he told me the anti-freeze was extremely dirty and he would flush it, well he did and it still looked dirty. No professional machine at all, and $130. Got car back same issue, so again he took it and attatched a household cleaning bottle to my car which melted and he changed my radiator mor money and still same issues. I finally went to another mechanic and they changed the Thermostat! and the car has been good since! Everytime I said the car still has issues he was on the phone stating what this or that could be and it was extremeley weird all the guessing but I learned mechanics can keep trying this and that and steal your money!!!
