We are a small financial company in business for 18 years in Fall River. We were installing a new computer system and needed all the hardware installed and the networking done for multiple computers. John from Miracle did an excellent job. He was very competent and knowledgeable, prompt, honest, and very fair on his pricing. We plan to use John now whenever we have a computer issue and would highly recommend him!

Our small business needed to upgrade our 7 year old server and desktops as well as migrate from Win XP to Win 7. Miracle Networking Solutions gave us an accurate estimate for the project and implemented according to plan. Upgrading our ERP software at the same time made this project especially challenging but John and his team were able to coordinate effectively with the other vendor and adjust timing as necessary. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants a web page to be designed. It does not matter what I ask her to do. If she does not know how to do it immediately within two or the days she calls and tells me she figured it out. In 2008 we had asked her to design a very basic web page. As the yrs have gone by we have updated it completely. We now have this great web page, with pictures that rotate and so much information on it for our customers to see.
