Shirley is a sweetheart, however, some of her staff, for example, Diana and Eloy, have poor customer service skills. They are very persistent and do not respect their customers' wishes. Also, State Farm, in general, does not ensure customer loyalty or satisfaction. I was with this agency when I lived in Miami Lakes. Happy to say, found another agent with more helpful staff.
