I purchase a new home from Lennar on 9/2011. on Dec of 2013 the Ecosmart heaters stop working. I call ecosmat a few time until they finally give me a tech number he did came and fixed for 100.00. This month (12/2014) it broke again once again call Ecosmart and they told me that the don't have technical support other than over the phone, well I'm not a electrician or plumber so I told the guy that I can't not believed that this company has no one how can come and repair the system. I did call the following date and someone by the name Giovanni did answer the phone a total different attitude much friendly than the person I spook the previous day and he give me a repair man name and phone number he is Rafael Aiello phone number 786 942-9909 he did show up on time and did the repair in less than and hour for 120.00.



The CEO of this company Mr. Nick Cardozo has no clue how to run a company with out a Service repair this person has to be remove since he’s attitude is damaging this company reputation. Bottom line if it wasn’t for Giovanni and the tech Rafael I would have to replaces the system Bottom line THANK YOU GIOVANNI AND RAFAEL AND PLEASE GET THIS NICK CARDOZO OUT OF THIS COMPANY
