DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES!!!
Be prepared to get billed unexpectedly. Before services I checked with insurance co. and told not covered. Based upon Dr.'s prescription I priced services here and at other facilities and was satisfied with theirs and confirmed price repeatedly, before arriving and before being serviced. They said no further bill would be sent. However received bill for nearly twice what paid at facility and when complained no remedy only elaborate excuses. Finally, their charges are highest of all facilities priced.
