Local company (miami) with a great Web Native Electronic Medical record system. Very good customer support, program could use some more features but is growing and customer service is the best. They are very receptive to ideas and extremely responsive.The billing team could be more friendly but they do their job very well so you kind of understand that they are not there to play but to work. They do follow up on all the claims and do not give up.All in all, great overall service and product, my practice has grown drastically since I contracted with them.
