One hour before close time they hate u because they want to close on time

Toda y I had a terrible experience

Arrive at 7:00 left at 9:00

In the míddle of my service. Start taking care another customer.

Of course no Manager Was present.

I went for a One-hour full-body massage with Linda. Very sweet asian lady. That's what I thought...



I was torture with a deep-tissue massage that was very painful and not relaxing at all. When I would complaint she would say "I know, I know...just relax mama" and since I felt bad for just leaving a kept at for one-full-hour. It was the worst time ever. I feel the need to complaint about cuz it was eighty dollars!



It's been one day after the massage and I feel very sore. I have black and blues bruises all over and I'm very much in pain.

The service was horrendous, the lady at the front desk, "Denise" was unprofessional and unhelpful. The "gentleman" that did my manicure didn't had enough experience doing manicure, my cuticle trim was off, the way that he buffed my nail was very roof ...like if he was buffing a piece of metal, his painting skills was mediocre at best. It will looked as if " fresh" manicure was a week old. I talk to the manager and she told me "I had seen worst"....this was unbelievable......she offer to retouch....painting on top....i told her...this will make it even worst....i asked to remove the painting and do the painting again...she refused, i then asked to refund me the money and the tip....she denied, she was keeping insisting it was a good job. I left the place completely upset and will never return or recommended it....by the way....extremely over priced if you ask me....and i will mark an star because i don't have a lower option.
