HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Unprofessional and Unethical company. The lies are constant. They don’t take ownership or responsibility for anything. Took several weeks to submit required documents to the city and when they did it was the wrong documents which caused more delays. They lied about the date they submitted the documents. They broke my sidewalk and broke my main water line and didn’t take responsibility. They told me it is my responsibility to repair the damages. It’s been almost FOUR MONTHS and all I have is a hole in my yard. They told me I had to meet with the owner at his office if I wanted the construction to continue. A total breech of contract. The owner doesn’t have the dignity to speak to me on the phone or come to my house like any responsible owner would do. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Let's start off by saying RUN, RUN as fast as you can from this company. If I could give no stars I would...

I recently purchased my home last year September, I decided to make a pool and came across this company. OCTOBER 2016 I had already given my first check and I was promised the pool would be done 3 months LATEST... They sold me a story saying everything was going to be of highest quality. Mind you this was last year October, and the pool was JUST finished now on August 28th.

My pool is a 12x22, SUPER SMALL POOL, they charged me 43K for it, I decided you know why not as long as I get a good job done.. I had to hold the last 2k till the final inspection was done because they didn't even know why the inspection was not passing.... these people had the AUDACITY to tell me they were going to put a LEAN on my property.... because I was holding 2 thousand because they would barely even pick up the phone anymore and the job was not even FINISHED yet...

Long story short, the job was terrible quality, I had to be calling constantly to speed the process because they were taking their sweet time.. every time I would call it was a different person because no one wanted to show face and I was even called a "complicated" customer..... when really it was my money on the line and I had paid them big bucks to get in the end a poor job..

Try to find a better pool company... this was a NIGHTMARE.

We had a great experience with swimming Pools of Florida! Javier understood our wants and needs in designing the PERFECT pool for our yard and family. I would highly recommend this company!

if I could give Zero stars I would.. It was a complete nightmare building my pool with this company, terrible experience, they destroyed part of the foundation of my house and they did not take responsibility of the damages.

all that said, our new pool looks and works great.

The staff is friendly and well trained. Mimosa waiting for you as you slip in to your warm robe. Steam room, great showers and weekly/monthly deals. This is an actual SPA and not just a place in the back of a nail salon. It's hard going anywhere else.

I love the way looks after the remodeling, they did a great job! Thanks and do recommend.

Every step of the way your company was there to help guide us and answer all our questions. What a pleasant experience dealing with your company!

I was most impressed with the courteous nature of all the employees. From the owner on down to the workers. You run a very professional organization.

The pool turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Javier did a great job with the design and the rest of the guys did a great job making it a reality. Every person involved did a fantastic job. We will recommend you gladly. Thanks again for all the hard work and professionalism
